We stand behind every product we ship. If it does not work for you, we will make it right.
We build software we use ourselves. If a Storyline Systems product does not work as described, crashes on your machine, or simply is not the right fit, we want to hear from you. We handle every refund request personally and fairly.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Email us at help@storylinesystems.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number, the product purchased, and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
We are generally unable to offer refunds for requests made more than 7 days after purchase, or for incompatibility with system configurations not listed in our minimum requirements. That said, we review every request individually.
