Why does Windows say the app is unsafe?
This is a standard Windows SmartScreen warning that appears for any newly released app that hasn't built up enough download history yet. Relastra is completely safe. Click "More info" then "Run anyway" to proceed. This warning will disappear as more users install the app.
Where is my data stored?
All your data lives locally on your machine — no cloud, no servers, no accounts. On Windows, data is stored in your AppData folder. On Mac, it's in your Application Support folder. Relastra never transmits your data anywhere.
How do I back up my data?
Use the Export JSON button in the Data Management panel on the left sidebar. Save that file somewhere safe — Dropbox, Google Drive, a USB drive. You can restore it anytime using the Import JSON button.
Can I use Relastra on both my Windows and Mac computers?
Yes. Your purchase includes both the Windows .exe and Mac .dmg installers. You can install it on both machines. Export your JSON backup from one machine and import it on the other to keep your data in sync.
What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
Uninstalling may delete your local data depending on your operating system. Always export a JSON backup before uninstalling. You can reinstall anytime and restore your data using the Import JSON feature.
I lost my download link — how do I get it again?
Check your original purchase confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy — your download link is there. If you can't find it, email us at the address above with your order details and we'll sort it out.
Do I need an internet connection to use Relastra?
No. Relastra is fully offline. Once installed, it runs entirely on your machine with no internet required. Your data never leaves your computer.
How do I request a refund?
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll process it immediately. You can also review our full
Refund Policy.
🔒 A note about your data
Relastra is local-first software. Your releases, series, and events are stored only on your device. Storyline Systems has no access to your data, no servers storing it, and no ability to recover it if your device is lost. Export your JSON backup regularly — treat it like saving a document.
